Responsibilities

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:

  1. Defining and implementing a sales strategy, including forecasting, to achieve targets at an appropriate price level and within the company's risk appetite.
  2. Staying informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
  3. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, leading presentations with key business stakeholders, and motivating the sales team for high performance.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to penetrate key markets.
  • Develop strategies for new business acquisition and account retention.
  • Create and implement a sales and distribution strategy to maximize opportunities.
  • Set sales and distribution policies aligned with company goals.
  • Direct the Sales team in generating proposals to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Establish guidelines for managing customer relationships.
  • Foster relationships with partners to meet revenue goals.
  • Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organizations and industry leaders.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize innovations to maximize revenue from both traditional and digital assets.
  • Stay updated on industry changes and leverage them for business development.
  • Outline objectives related to sales volume, market share, distribution channels, and profit margins.
  • Participate in forums to stay aligned with industry practices.
  • Promote strong relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
  • Advise on bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts.
  • Provide input on sales incentives and KPIs to track progress.
  • Offer feedback to the Content Development team based on customer and industry insights.
  • Recommend pricing changes for product lines or specific products.
  • Analyze sales performance through reports and propose adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from sales data.
  • Experience in account management, maintaining key customer relationships.
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving growth targets.
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Expertise in creating and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Fluency in both Thai and English.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SME Lending or A/P & A/R Financing.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
