Responsibilities:
- Oversee HRIS operations, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Manage system upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Work closely with Compensation & Benefits to ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and reporting.
- Train users and optimize system functionalities for better efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms (Empeo).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
