Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HRIS operations, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Manage system upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with Compensation & Benefits to ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and reporting.
  • Train users and optimize system functionalities for better efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits processes.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms (Empeo).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
