HIRING POSITION: Vice President of Human Resources & General Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and lead to implement Human Resources strategy to support company growth.
  • Lead and facilitate Organization Development to achieve corporate target in structure, process, culture and people aspects.
  • Lead, manage and responsible for Human Resources Management i.e. Recruitment & Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Annual Headcount & HR Budgeting and Ethical & Labor Standard Compliance.
  • Lead, manage and responsible for Human Resources Development i.e. Successor & Talent Development, Career Path Development, Learning & Development and Training.
  • Lead, manage and responsible for Digital HR, Corporate Core Value and Internal Communication.
  • Lead, manage and responsible for General affairs.
  • Providing strategic guidance around human capital and all related people topics to support corporate growth needs.
  • Effectively communicate and present the critical human resources & general affairs matters to the Executive Committee.
  • Ensure the high service level of human resources and general affairs services to all function in the Company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources Development & Organization Development or related fields.
  • At least 15 - 20 years of overall HR professional experience, plus experience in FMCG business and large size organization.
  • Strong direct experience in developing & implementing corporate HR strategy including drive people goal success.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate all HR & GA functions as well as create and implement new HR & GA solution to support corporate growth and new context.
  • Strong communication, presentation and coaching skills.
  • Strategic mind-set, ability to think long term / creatively and strong can-do attitude.
  • Strong management skills, problem-solving, decision making, good analytical skills, proactive, positive attitude, result-oriented, logic thinking, good interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Strong command in English and computer literacy
