HIRING POSITION: HR SENIOR OFFICER

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain personnel records, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and provide support in payroll processing (payroll is handled by the Finance department).
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports related to HR and operational metrics.
  • Participate in audits and reviews to maintain compliance standards.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist function.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Show strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
