HIRING POSITION: HR SENIOR OFFICER

Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain personnel records, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs and provide support in payroll processing (payroll is handled by the Finance department).
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports related to HR and operational metrics.
- Participate in audits and reviews to maintain compliance standards.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist function.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Show strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
