Position: Strategic Growth & New Ventures Manager
1. Objective
To lead the identification, development, and execution of strategic growth initiatives including new businesses, products, or ventures that drive long-term value creation for the Group.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working cross-functionally to turn ideas into impactful commercial outcomes.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the development of new business opportunities end-to-end, including new categories, products, or ventures from ideation through to market entry

Identify, assess, and validate strategic growth opportunities that align with the Groups long-term goals, deliver synergies, and unlock financial upside

Conduct feasibility studies and strategic assessments, including:

Industry/market research

Competitor benchmarking

Financial modeling
(to support executive decision-making)

Develop and present business strategies and investment cases to senior leadership, outlining:

Commercial rationale

4. Job Specification & Key Competencies
Specification

3+ years of experience in Strategy, Financial Analysis, Business Development, or related fields

Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics) from a top-tier university

UK or USA university is preferred

MBA or CFA is a plus

Background from:
