Hiring Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Bangkok / Laem Chabang)
Working Condition: Hybrid
Location: Bang Na, Bangkok / Si Racha, Chon Buri
Pay Rate: THB 50,000 to THB 70,000
Responsibilities:
Drive sales strategies and action plans to meet revenue & growth goals.

Identify new business opportunities in air, sea, and road freight services.

Lead client meetings, presentations, and customized proposal development.

Work cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and customer service to ensure delivery excellence.

Monitor market intelligence and competitor movements to optimize approach.

Deliver accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and client insights.

Manage customer pipelines through the CRM system and ensure clean data capture.
Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding or logistics sales experience.

Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record of hitting sales targets.

Solid grasp of Incoterms, international shipping, and pricing structures.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Leadership capability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
