Hiring Position: Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Working Condition: On-Site
Location: Central Bangkok, Sukhumvit Area (BTS Accessible)
Pay Rate: THB 40,000 to THB 50,000

Responsibilities:
The role involves introducing the company and presenting its services to both domestic and international clients, as well as overseas agents, to achieve set sales targets. You will focus on maintaining and expanding business with existing customers and developing a new customer base. Nurturing strong relationships with clients is key. You will also coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to obtain cost estimates and prepare accurate, complete quotations. Youll closely monitor projects, keep clients updated on their status, and ensure their satisfaction. In addition, you will prepare sales planning reports and ensure all activities follow established operational procedures. Coordination with all relevant departments to complete tasks successfully and maintain documents in line with quality policy requirements is also expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan sales strategies and conduct domestic client visits to meet sales targets.
• Contact and visit clients to present services that match their needs.
• Communicate with international clients and overseas agents to offer tailored logistics solutions.
• Liaise with shipping lines and international freight forwarders to obtain competitive rates and prepare detailed, accurate quotations.
• Prepare Sales Reports after client meetings.
• Maintain and update the Sales Pipeline report with information on new and existing client visits and potential business.
• Develop customized quotations as per client requirements.
• Coordinate closely with all departments to ensure goals are met efficiently.

Education: Bachelors degree or higher
Major: Open to all disciplines

Experience:

• 3-5 years in sales, preferably in shipping, airlines, or freight forwarding.

Specific Requirements:

• Experience in shipping, airlines, or freight forwarding will be an advantage.
• Strong command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• TOEIC score of 500 or above is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and personal vehicle.
