About the job Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plan to meet agreed company objectives and achieve sales.
  • Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all marketing plans.
  • Develop strategic marketing strategy and activities in order to strengthen brand awareness and equity of assigned product.
  • Oversee all Marketing Communication and Activities (above and below the line).
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate sales , market trend, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
  • Establish budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
  • Lead and develop marketing team , devise branding and marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with agency to design and develop communication campaigns and ensure that they are well executed and deliver results as desired.
  • Collaborate with different teams such as sales, trade marketing, creative design, legal etc.
  • Build teamwork with internal cross-functional teams for effective project management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 10 years experience in brand management and FMCG industry.
  • Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
  • Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Excellent in communication & presentation skill.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
