Marketing Director
About the job Marketing Director
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plan to meet agreed company objectives and achieve sales.
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all marketing plans.
- Develop strategic marketing strategy and activities in order to strengthen brand awareness and equity of assigned product.
- Oversee all Marketing Communication and Activities (above and below the line).
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate sales , market trend, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
- Establish budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
- Lead and develop marketing team , devise branding and marketing strategies.
- Liaise with agency to design and develop communication campaigns and ensure that they are well executed and deliver results as desired.
- Collaborate with different teams such as sales, trade marketing, creative design, legal etc.
- Build teamwork with internal cross-functional teams for effective project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 10 years experience in brand management and FMCG industry.
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
- Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Excellent in communication & presentation skill.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
