Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Production:

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including key visuals, banners, and promotional graphics for social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Adapt master product packaging designs for SKU expansion.

  • Partner with marketing and commercial teams to deliver engaging, brand-aligned

    creatives.
  • Tailor visuals for specific platforms across social media, CRM, and online marketplaces.

Branding & Visual Consistency:

  • Maintain consistency across all creative work in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Develop new templates and creative strategies that align with target audience preferences.
  • Iterate and enhance designs based on feedback and performance data.

Asset Management:

  • Organize and manage design files within the company SharePoint for easy team access.
  • Optimize graphics for web and mobile formats, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within social media, e-commerce, or the beauty/cosmetics industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,

    XD).
  • Strong grasp of design trends, especially in fashion, beauty, and online retail.

  • Detail-oriented with expertise in color, typography, and layout.

  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry is a strong plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) for animated and short-form video content creation.
