About the job Graphics Design (Skincare)
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Production:
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including key visuals, banners, and promotional graphics for social media and e-commerce platforms.

Adapt master product packaging designs for SKU expansion.

Partner with marketing and commercial teams to deliver engaging, brand-aligned
creatives. - Tailor visuals for specific platforms across social media, CRM, and online marketplaces.
Branding & Visual Consistency:
- Maintain consistency across all creative work in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Develop new templates and creative strategies that align with target audience preferences.

Iterate and enhance designs based on feedback and performance data.
Asset Management:
- Organize and manage design files within the company SharePoint for easy team access.
- Optimize graphics for web and mobile formats, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within social media, e-commerce, or the beauty/cosmetics industry.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
XD). -
Strong grasp of design trends, especially in fashion, beauty, and online retail.

Detail-oriented with expertise in color, typography, and layout.

Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry is a strong plus.
Preferred:
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) for animated and short-form video content creation.
