Head of Innovation

Position  Head of Innovation and strategy   ;

We 're looking for candidates  experienced and participate in developing and setting up plans, strategies and policies about corporate strategy, including analyzing and solving strategic issues to support executive decision making and help define and analyze the direction, to support business plans effectively, aligning with goals, policies, and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and setting up all ideas about corporate strategy, including annual budget, directions, and business expansion strategic objectives, to improve and enhance business performance and processes
• Translate vision into strategic plan and goals, and ensure the understanding and implementation of strategic and operational objectives, to satisfy business vision and strategic objectives
• Provide strategic guidance and actionable insights through business intelligence and market and industry analysis to top management in order to achieve sustainable business continuity
• Manage projects, outcomes, resources, proposed proposals or opportunities, and overall execution of the corporate exercises, to ensure effective alignment with organization objectives
• Advise and provide recommendation on project feasibility studies and project planning, to ensure projects achievement and minimize risks
• Coordinate with related team and functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions for corporate strategy activities
• Monitor making summary reports of overall corporate strategy to propose and improve the performance of corporate strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
• Have strong knowledge in business administration
• Have strong analytical skill
• Have communication skills
• Be able to coordinate
• Be creative
