Our client is a leading no-frills carrier with the most significant number of domestic routes within Thailand. The airline is also planning on opening more destinations regionally. Based on the data from the Tourism Authority of Thailand, the country expects tourism revenue to reach 80% of what it was before the pandemic.

As one of the major carriers here in the Kingdom, the airline expects to experience a boom in the tourist industry after the pandemic domestically and regionally and they are now looking for a Business Development, PMO to land a professional successful career with them.

Required skills:

Business Development Manager will conduct short and long-range planning for the organizations facilities, products, and services. Implementing solutions and projects as approved. You will play a critical role in enabling communication, collaboration and strategy across the special projects team, workforce, and all relevant department. As part of the position The Business Development Manager shall take responsibility as following:

  • Manage projects and progress with minimal supervision, including tracking metrics, handling
    complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to senior management
  • Utilize Change Management, Project Management and Business Process Management disciplines for successful, on-budget and on-time initiatives delivery.
  • Ensure to represent suitable constituencies as required.
  • Identify all necessary resources of special projects.
  • Comply with entire timelines and ensure to accomplish all established objectives.
  • Analyse proposed projects, quantify impact as projected on business and prepare business case.
  • Manage and direct design, enrolment, deployment as well as governance of events new initiatives.
  • Head responsibility for taking raw ideas, hypotheses/ scenarios as well as shape them into comprehensive deployment plans to implement effectively.
  • Identify individuals throughout company willing to participate in deployment.
  • Conduct research on different strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present business plans along with overall strategy for every initiative.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to prepare and execute programs as well as initiatives to enhance market share plus profitability of business.
  • Identify and ensure to crossover barriers to successful completion of special project.
  • Lead and direct entire cross functional teams on data management, operations planning and milestone tracking for strategic initiatives implementation.
  • Coordinate interactions and ensure to streamline stakeholders, cross functional teams and Senior Management teams.
  • Manage process enhancements and varied special projects to execute solutions to attain key performance improvement or reduce risk.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record;
    Advanced degree or MBA is preferred
  • Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
  • Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Have ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
