HIRING POSITION: International Sales Manager

WORKING CONDITION: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a business plan and budget according to the company target
  • Formulating and closely monitoring performance including sales and budget and provide the annual, half yearly, monthly reports of the sales and present to management team
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify new markets, new sales channels and customer needs.
  • Creating sales and marketing strategies that meet the needs and interests of prospective global customers or partners
  • Work together with International marketing team and distributors to plan and execute new projects with regards to business expansion
  • Assisting exporters in preparing shipments for international deliveries
  • Develop sales forecast for production team
  • Develop a strong, ongoing understanding of market trends, industry developments and competitor activity.
  • Doing all other jobs and duties that fit him/her and suit his/her area of responsibilities and duties and completing all those tasks that fall under the domain of an international sales manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in business administration or related fields.
  • Having 3-5+ year experiences in international market.
  • Must have experiences in FMCG business
  • Be able to do data analysis.
  • Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to read, write and communicate in Chinese is a plus
  • Required to go abroad as assigned
  • Focus on the following countries:- Cambodia, China, Myanmar, India 
  • **Semi Focus on the following countries :- Taiwan, Romania, Lao, Malaysia
