HIRING POSITION: Head of Recruitment

WORKING CONDITIONS: ON-SITE

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT ACCESSIBLE)

PAY RATE: THB 120,000 TO THB 160,000

POSITION: Head of Recruitment

The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment activities for 4 affiliates in the Organization. The main responsibility is to evaluate current recruiting procedures, define and evolve recruitment strategies, build strong employer branding, identify and implement talent acquisition tracker, align with the business on the direction, and closely monitor the funnel tracker. And ensuring the team achieves organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine and ensure all necessary positions are filled on a regular basis, on time with the most efficiency and effectiveness
  • Overseeing a large recruitment team and ensuring the team achieves the organizational goal
  • Aligned headcount target with Workforce Management Team to ensure that we are on the same page to fulfill the people in the organization
  • Closely monitoring a recruitment funnel tracker, database, and analyzing and summarizing the status of the statistics. And using the tracker/database to weekly present, align, and discuss with HOD, Line Manager, and Workforce Management
  • Develop channels to drive the most qualified candidates by using common channels including the company careers page, job boards, social media, work marketplaces, and more.
  • Defining and evolving recruitment strategies
  • Interviewing and assessing potential candidates
  • Ensure that agreed processes, standards, timeframes, and quality requirements are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years experience working in the recruitment function with the minimum of 5 years in the leader role
  • Ability to lead and manage large teams
  • Well understanding on both blue and white collars recruiting natures
  • Multi-tasked, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Highly developed user of Excel, Google sheet, PowerPoint, etc
  • Fluent in English communication is a must
  • Presentation skills
