HIRING POSITION: Head of New Product

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of product lifecycle processes, covering product and market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements creation, and product launch.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales and A&P spending goals for the assigned product, managing all related aspects.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development.
  • Create comprehensive product strategy documents encompassing business cases, technical requirements, revenue projections, and ROI.
  • Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities, develop effective marketing communication plans, and define product objectives.
  • Develop a brand strategy for both short and long-term growth, including a detailed plan.
  • Gain a deep understanding of categories, market environment, consumer needs, and competition to identify brand objectives, opportunities, roadmaps, growth drivers, and plans.
  • Coordinate the design and placement of advertising campaigns, including flyers, brochures, web ads, and sales presentation materials.
  • Enhance the design and user accessibility of company online channels.
  • Devise and execute Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) programs.
  • Set annual budget priorities and channel focus, ensuring effective allocation for sales target achievement.
  • Collaborate with distributors to formulate channel growth strategies, develop plans, and implement customized channel communication.
  • Solicit feedback from customers and consumers to strengthen brand position and improve brand strategy.
  • Conduct product training programs for distributors or customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Marketing or related field
  • Proven working experience at least 7 years in brand or product management
  • Experience in pet food business would be an advantage
  • Strong management skill in problem-solving & decision-making, initiative, analytical & proactive thinking, positive attitude, result-orientation, interpersonal skill, and presentation skill
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related data & statistical programs
