HIRING POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER 

WORKING CONDITION: ON SITE

LOCATION: CENTRAL REGION

Responsibilities :

  • Monitors the performance of the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement functions so that Productivity is increased sustainably.
  • Drives profitable sales growth through directly managing the sales team and by own interface with selected Key Account contacts
  • Ensure that grows/maintains market share in targeted sectors and customers resulting in Positive Sales Growth.
  • Assesses short and long-term opportunities and threats within the market and plans accordingly.
  • Review all key financial/management reports (including plans and forecasts) to ensure that the business is being appropriately managed and is reporting and forecasting in line with Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand cluster guidelines and take pro-active/corrective actions where required.
  • Manage the Capex budget/investment plan to meet or exceed the expected return.
  • Partners with customers, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies to manage wider social, political and environmental is
  • Engages ethically and responsibly with all stakeholders and ensuring that ethical standards across the business is never compromised while driving results.
  • Drives and navigates transitions with confidence by choosing and pacing out the right change initiatives while galvanizing the support of the team by articulating a vision for the future.
  • Instils confidence and a sense of calm during turbulent times by anticipating the need for change and identifying issues and opportunities quickly and responding decisively to changes in environment.
  • Reviews the processes and outcomes that enable the recruitment, retention, development, and motivation of employees, including appropriate performance management practices.
  • Appraises and assures the IR and disciplinary activities across the business.

Qualifications :

  • Hold a university degree or post-graduate qualification, specializing in General Management, Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Proficient in spoken English.
  • Exhibit outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Display the ability to influence and strong negotiation skills.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bring at least 4 years of successful management experience to the role.
