Sales director manages all the resources of the sales department and is responsible for taking control of the entire departments managerial actions like setting goals and targets, developing strategies, assessing the performance of the sales team, and aligning sales goals with the companys profitability goals. The Sales director is critical as they ensure sustainable revenue growth by increasing sales.


Position : Sales director - Cybersecurity  (Tech Company)

  • Enterprise or Government sales experience
  • IT/Cybersecurity business

What you will be doing

  • Lead and drive Cybersecurity Solutions initiatives by developing and executing the long-term strategy, transformations, and roadmap to deliver use-cases
  • Take responsibility for the management
  • Control the monthly sales reporting process analyzing and reporting measurements including orders, revenue and actual process to goal
  • Coach and guide the core team in their development of new skills and techniques
  • Deliver leadership through effective communication of the vision
  • Provide a team growth direction through diversity of new talent development of new talent within the organization

What we are looking for

  • 20+ years of Enterprise or Government sales experience and/or IT/Cybersecurity business
  • Sales management or GTM experience
  • Program management and execution skills
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in helping to drive creative experiments/think big ideas
  • Track Record of effective stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Account/program/project management skills, this is a hands-on role
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively and deliver results across cross-functional, remote and virtual sales, marketing and Partner teams.
  • Technology sales experience ideal but not necessary
  • Business level proficiency in English language
