Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) and existing product initiatives across multiple brands, with a primary focus on OEM/ODM products — from concept development through commercial launch.

  • Oversee OEM/ODM projects for existing products, including formulation enhancement, packaging development, cost optimization, and supplier transition initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and growth potential, translating business strategies into actionable product initiatives.

  • Manage OEM/ODM partner selection and coordination, ensuring effective execution control, cost structure management, and adherence to project timelines across multiple initiatives.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, QC, QA, Production, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure product quality, market relevance, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.

  • Ensure Go-to-Market readiness by providing accurate and complete product information to Marketing and Sales teams to support successful product launches.

  • Monitor post-launch performance, including sales tracking, consumer feedback, and performance analysis, to support continuous product improvement and lifecycle management.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Cosmetic Science, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development or New Product Development (NPD).

  • Experience working with OEM/ODM partners is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and execution skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
