Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels. This role will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue performance through creative campaign execution and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, including KOL/Influencer marketing and all core marketing functions.
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, paid media, PR, partnerships, and on-ground activations.

  • Design innovative campaign mechanics to continuously drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

  • Oversee budget planning and allocation, ensuring cost efficiency and timely project delivery within scope.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve defined KPIs and business objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Operations, and Sales to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  •  

    Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce industries.

  • Strong understanding of 360° marketing strategy, including digital, offline, PR, influencer marketing, and partnership activations.

  • Proven ability in creative thinking, campaign development, and end-to-end project management.

  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using performance marketing tools such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.

  • Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented and results-driven approach.

  • Passion for fashion and lifestyle culture.

  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
