Position: Head of Sales Supply Chain, Logistics & BPO Services
Level: Senior Management
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Objective
Lead and execute the sales strategy across a diverse business portfolio, including warehouse leasing, logistics and transportation services, BPO/call center solutions, fuel and lubricant products, vehicle insurance, and IoT transport monitoring devices. This role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term strategic alignment of commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across multiple product and service lines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, conduct forecasting and pipeline reviews, and report to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.

810 years of experience in sales or commercial leadership, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or B2B services.

Proven leadership in managing cross-functional sales teams.

Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal structuring, pricing, and customer solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in digital tools such as WMS, TMS, and ERP for data-driven decision-making.

In-depth understanding of supply chain risk management, resilience planning, and market dynamics.
