Position: Head of Sales Supply Chain, Logistics & BPO Services
Level: Senior Management

  • Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Objective

Lead and execute the sales strategy across a diverse business portfolio, including warehouse leasing, logistics and transportation services, BPO/call center solutions, fuel and lubricant products, vehicle insurance, and IoT transport monitoring devices. This role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term strategic alignment of commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across multiple product and service lines.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, conduct forecasting and pipeline reviews, and report to senior leadership.

  • Represent the organization in key negotiations with strategic clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.

  • 810 years of experience in sales or commercial leadership, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or B2B services.

  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional sales teams.

  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal structuring, pricing, and customer solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in digital tools such as WMS, TMS, and ERP for data-driven decision-making.

  • In-depth understanding of supply chain risk management, resilience planning, and market dynamics.
