Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute short-term and long-term corporate strategies aligned with the companys vision and shareholders expectations.

  • Oversee all business operations including production, import, sales & marketing, logistics, and overall organizational management.

  • Drive business development and expansion within targeted industrial segments such as rubber, plastics (PVC), petrochemicals, paints & coatings, construction, cosmetics, palm oil, basic chemicals, and adhesives.

  • Provide leadership and inspiration to the management team to achieve business results effectively.

  • Manage the companys overall financial performance, including budget planning and P&L control.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, suppliers, and relevant government agencies.

  • Ensure all operations comply with laws, environmental standards, and international certifications such as ISO 9001.

  • Promote an organizational culture focused on innovation, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead organizational and talent development initiatives, including succession planning for long-term sustainability.

  • Report business performance and strategic plans to the Board of Directors regularly.

Qualifications

  • Gender: Any

  • Age: 35 - 45 years old

  • Education: Masters degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in a senior management role (Managing Director, General Manager, VP, or equivalent) within the chemical manufacturing or industrial distribution industry.

  • Proven track record in strategic planning, business management, and P&L responsibility.

  • Deep understanding of the industrial chemical market and supply chain management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Strategic and analytical business mindset.

  • Proficiency in both Thai and English (spoken and written).

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
