Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update marketing deliverables, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and performance reports.
- Manage vendor coordination, including communication, quotation handling, and basic procurement processes related to marketing activities.
- Handle internal and external correspondence, and follow up on marketing-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets such as photos, videos, and design files for easy access and usage.
- Support expense tracking, budget monitoring, and invoice processing for marketing operations.
- Conduct basic market research, including competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring, as assigned.
- Execute tasks and projects in alignment with assigned objectives and timelines.
- Monitor and manage product stock levels to support marketing activities and campaigns.
