Job Description: Product Executive / Product Specialist

Role Purpose

The Product Executive plays a key role in driving product value, market growth, and customer satisfaction by managing product portfolios, developing commercial solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams. This role bridges market insights, product strategy, and sales execution to ensure competitive positioning and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Develop product solutions and value propositions for product systems and communication tools aligned with overall product strategy.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize the product portfolio to achieve business objectives.

  • Gather field intelligence, market trends, and user feedback to support product improvement and new product development.

  • Identify new applications and untapped market opportunities to expand product reach.

Market & Sales Enablement

  • Conduct product training for Sales Representatives to ensure accurate product messaging and positioning.

  • Map competitor product portfolios, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

  • Develop commercial messaging and sales enablement tools, including selling tools, product service guides, and standardized product data sheets.

  • Provide strong product knowledge and clearly communicate key unique selling propositions (USPs) to dealers, distributors, and end users.

Customer & Channel Development

  • Build and maintain value-added relationships within assigned markets.

  • Support promotions and campaigns by developing business solutions for large dealers, distributors, and key customers.

  • Work closely with customers and end users to understand application needs and emerging requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, technical service, sales, and application teams to develop new products and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide structured feedback from the field related to competitors, distribution channels, applications, and market dynamics.

Market & Product Research

  • Conduct product and market research with key users to identify new applications and improvement opportunities.

  • Continuously monitor market movements to support informed decision-making.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by the Product Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a related role.

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general IT tools.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
