Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Operations

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Production) and external partners (3PL, 4PL, distributors).

  • Monitor and improve OTIF, inventory turnover, and reduce inventory aging.

  • Track OEM-related NPD project timelines, milestones, and issue resolution.

Customer Service & Order Management (O2C)

  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery (Order-to-Cash).

  • Monitor backlog, delivery status, and collaborate with sales for order prioritization.

  • Ensure SLA compliance with key accounts and distribution channels.

Transportation Management

  • Oversee outbound transportation execution with 3PL and internal logistics teams.

  • Optimize delivery routes, lead times, and truck utilization to improve cost and service.

  • Track delivery performance and proactively resolve logistics exceptions/issues.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving/obsolete stock, and inventory accuracy.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and 3PL partners to ensure space efficiency and safety.

  • Lead stock count activities and implement warehouse KPI tracking.

System & Process Improvement

  • Utilize ERP Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules to drive order, transportation, and inventory accuracy.

  • Identify and lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

  • Support transformation projects (e.g., ERP implementation, S&OP, 3PL transitions, process improvement).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Transportation, Warehouse, or Project Management.

  • Background in FMCG, Consumer Health, Healthcare, or Distribution industry preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM, Excel, and BI tools.

  • Experience working with or managing 3PL providers (warehouse and transportation).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Project management experience is a strong advantage.
