AI Solution Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Solution Manager to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be a key player in shaping our AI strategy, providing technical and professional mentorship to a talented team, and leading the development of sophisticated AI Agents and LLM-powered applications. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to inspire a team to translate complex business problems into scalable, production-ready AI systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and business teams to gather and interpret requirements, ensuring that AI solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI engineers, and machine learning engineers, promoting an innovative and results-driven culture.
Innovation Leadership: Stay at the forefront of the latest developments in AI and foster an environment of innovation, bringing new ideas and technologies to our clients.
Agentic/chatbot + web integration: Design and ship LLM agents and chatbots; integrate into web apps/APIs (Node.js/TypeScript/Python, REST/GraphQL, React/Next.js). Apply agent-to-agent (A2A) patterns and MCP for tool interoperability; manage prompts, memory, tools, safety, and fallbacks.
RAG & knowledge systems: Build and operate RAG pipelinesingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid search/rerankers, and vector stores (e.g., pgvector/Pinecone/Weaviate)with freshness, access control, and governance.
Architectural Design: Architect end-to-end, scalable AI solutions, selecting the optimal technology stack that balances performance, scalability, and operational cost.
Design and develop of proof-of-concepts (PoCs), minimum viable products (MVPs), and scalable AI applications particularly with generative AI.
Oversee the technical architecture for deploying scalable AI solutions, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and implementing robust version control & CI/CD pipelines.
Plan resource allocation and project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Consulting Leadership: A minimum of 7 years of experience in AI engineering and software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position managing technical teams.
Proven experience as a software engineer, with ownership of features deployed in production environments
Effective Communication: Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence clients at an executive level.
Cloud and Database Knowledge: Understanding of Cloud technology and databases (Cloud AWS, Azure, GCP) to facilitate data solutions.
Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, monitoring, and observability in high-load systems
Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience using libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Transformers, and TensorFlow or PyTorch
Experienced in Agentic systems: Tool/function calling, planning, memory; orchestration (LangChain/LlamaIndex, AutoGen/CrewAI); A2A patterns and MCP for interoperable tools.
Experienced in RAG & knowledge: Ingestion/ETL, chunking/metadata, embeddings, hybrid search + rerankers; vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch).
Web & API integration: Strong in Node.js/TypeScript/Python; REST/GraphQL; React/Next.js
