Summary of Responsibilities

  1. Analyze market intelligence, data, and related reports to identify new business opportunities and drive business expansion and performance in international markets.
  2. Develop and prepare sales and expense budgets, plan sales activities and trade exhibitions, and formulate distribution strategies to support product availability.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze marketing activities and manage communication strategies.

  4. Coordinate with procurement, quality, and technical teams to conduct product testing and ensure product quality for export markets, minimizing potential risks.

  5. Manage customer billing and account administration across different markets and countries.

  6. Ensure products comply with international standards and regulatory requirements.

  7. Verify the accuracy of shipping details, including export licenses, logistics routing, product specifications, packaging, and compliance with customs regulations.

  8. Provide guidance on export documentation, country-specific requirements, and applicable trade privileges to facilitate transactions for customers and business partners.

  9. Oversee sales of products and services to international customers.

  10. Plan country-specific sales activities and prepare sales forecasts and budgets.

  11. Travel overseas to coordinate, attend meetings, and build strong working relationships with international customers and partners.

  12. Control sales-related expenses, including logistics, freight, and shipping costs, and ensure strict adherence to cost management guidelines.
