Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).

Strong technical knowledge of coffee plantation management, including crop production, agronomic practices, pest and disease control, soil fertility, and post-harvest processing.

Solid understanding of sustainable farming systems, agroforestry, and environmental stewardship.

Experience managing large-scale plantation operations, labor workforce planning, and seasonal harvest teams.

Knowledge of wet and dry coffee processing methods, quality control standards, and traceability systems.

Familiarity with local agricultural laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.

Proven budgeting, cost control, and operational planning skills.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with buyers, exporters, and certification bodies.
