Position: Head of Sales – International & Local Markets

(Real Estate Development)

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across local and international markets, aligned with the companys growth objectives.

  • Identify, prioritize, and expand key international markets, including China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe, and the Middle East.

  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with international property agents, relocation consultants, and investment firms.

  • Analyze global real estate trends, buyer behavior, and competitive landscapes to optimize product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

2. Team Leadership & Sales Operations

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining service excellence.

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including lead management, CRM utilization, and client engagement from initial inquiry through closing.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Relations, and Project Development teams to ensure aligned product launches and campaign execution.

  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs related to sales performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

3. Customer & Partner Relationship Management

  • Represent the company at international property exhibitions, roadshows, and industry networking events.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key investors, international agents, and corporate clients.

  • Ensure a premium customer journey and high-quality after-sales service for both domestic and international buyers.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Head of Sales role.

  • Demonstrated success in driving international property sales and managing overseas agent networks.

  • Strong understanding of the Thailand property market and key global investment destinations.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese) are a strong advantage.

  • Open to Thai and international candidates.
