Costing Manager – Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee a robust cost accounting framework to ensure accurate product costing at both SKU and production batch levels.

Monitor and control production costs, including raw materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead, using appropriate allocation methodologies.

Manage cost structures and Bills of Materials (BOM) within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Perform standard cost reviews and analyze variances between actual and standard costs, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

Review and reconcile inventory movements to ensure accurate valuation of Raw Materials (RM), Work in Process (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG).

Prepare comprehensive reports on production costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and related analysis for management decision-making.

Oversee inventory counts for raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring proper cost recording and reporting.

Evaluate production efficiency and operational performance to support continuous cost improvement initiatives.

Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by management.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

At least 8 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in food or beverage manufacturing is highly preferred.

Professional certifications such as CPA and/or CFA are advantageous.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems or cost management platforms.

Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
