About the job Senior Strategist, Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations

Corporate Strategy & Investor Management

This role operates at the intersection of corporate strategy, performance management, financial insight, and institutional communications. You will translate complex business questions into clear strategic direction, interpret financial and operational performance, and shape priorities at the highest levels of the organization.

As a key integrator across Strategy, Finance, business units, and technology teams, you will ensure that analyses, decisions, and messaging remain rigorous, aligned, and coherent — particularly during high-stakes engagements such as Board meetings, investor discussions, and annual strategy and planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear problem statements, strategic options, trade-offs, and implications for senior leadership decision-making

  • Conduct focused research and deep-dive analyses, including financial performance reviews and industry / competitive assessments, to identify key drivers, risks, and strategic opportunities

  • Develop executive-ready materials (presentations, briefing notes, talking points, Q&A preparation) tailored to leadership, internal stakeholders, Board members, and investors

  • Support and manage leadership communications across Board engagements, investor meetings, and roadshows

  • Maintain engagement records and incorporate feedback to continuously refine positioning and messaging

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Strategy, Finance, business, and technology teams — validating assumptions, strengthening decision processes, and improving planning cadences

  • Uphold high standards of accuracy, defensibility, documentation, and disclosure support where applicable, ensuring consistency of messaging across time periods and audiences

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in corporate strategy, planning, FP&A, investor relations, strategic finance, management consulting, executive office, or related fields

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., finance, engineering, economics, or related fields preferred)

  • Strong structured thinking with the ability to simplify complexity and frame clear recommendations

  • Solid financial and operational literacy, with the ability to translate analysis into compelling business narratives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai, with strong attention to detail

  • Proven experience preparing high-quality materials for senior leadership, Board-level forums, and/or investors

  • Strong ownership mindset, sound judgment, and discretion; comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with professional maturity and composure

Preferred Background

  • Experience in financial services or lending businesses

  • Exposure to Board and investor engagement processes

  • Familiarity with strategy and planning cycles

  • Prior involvement in IPO or fundraising activities
