IT Business Partner Manager
1. Strategy & Value Creation

Define and develop IT strategies and technology roadmaps aligned with overall business goals.

Establish vision, prioritize key initiatives, and oversee the development/improvement of core business systems (e.g., ERP, Core Systems).

Drive innovation by exploring and adopting emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Data Analytics) to enhance business competitiveness.

Define KPIs and measure business outcomes and ROI resulting from IT investments.
2. Project & Governance

Manage large-scale or critical IT projects (Project Management) to ensure delivery within budget, timeline, and scope.

Monitor and report IT and cybersecurity risks consistently.

Oversee IT compliance to ensure alignment with company policies, PDPA, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation, and service quality assurance.
3. Team & Operations Management

Lead and develop the IT team to achieve operational excellence and foster continuous capability improvement.

Prepare and control IT budgets, procurement, and cost optimization.

Oversee IT infrastructure, network, and cloud systems to ensure maximum availability, reliability, and security.
