IT Business Partner Manager

1. Strategy & Value Creation

  • Define and develop IT strategies and technology roadmaps aligned with overall business goals.

  • Establish vision, prioritize key initiatives, and oversee the development/improvement of core business systems (e.g., ERP, Core Systems).

  • Drive innovation by exploring and adopting emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Data Analytics) to enhance business competitiveness.

  • Define KPIs and measure business outcomes and ROI resulting from IT investments.

2. Project & Governance

  • Manage large-scale or critical IT projects (Project Management) to ensure delivery within budget, timeline, and scope.

  • Monitor and report IT and cybersecurity risks consistently.

  • Oversee IT compliance to ensure alignment with company policies, PDPA, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation, and service quality assurance.

3. Team & Operations Management

  • Lead and develop the IT team to achieve operational excellence and foster continuous capability improvement.

  • Prepare and control IT budgets, procurement, and cost optimization.

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, network, and cloud systems to ensure maximum availability, reliability, and security.

  • Business Partnering: Strong ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level negotiation skills.

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP/Core Systems, IT Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
