The Senior Growth Associate in a fintech company plays a critical role in driving scalable growth across digital financial products and services. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that growth initiatives—such as partnerships, user acquisition, and revenue expansion—are effectively delivered in a highly regulated and fast-evolving environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, tech, and operations to launch and optimize initiatives. With a strong focus on execution, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management, this role directly impacts business performance, customer adoption, and overall growth trajectory.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with partners while coordinating closely with both internal teams (e.g., product, tech, operations) and external stakeholders to drive growth initiatives and ensure smooth collaboration
- Build, refine, and support the company's team structure to enable scalable operations, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and workflows are aligned with business growth objectives
- Execute growth strategies across fintech products and services, working hands-on to bring strategic initiatives to life and ensure they are implemented effectively in the market
- Translate high-level strategic ideas into clear, actionable plans, aligning stakeholders and driving execution while ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are well managed
- Monitor key performance metrics such as user growth, transaction volume, and partner performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize strategies to improve outcomes
- Act as an internal project manager by leading cross-functional projects, coordinating between teams, resolving blockers, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and achieve desired business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing an impactful partnership initiative, or sourcing, negotiating, and closing new partners
- Has strong understanding of business, marketing, product development with strong principles and market research skills
- In-depth understanding of tech ecosystems and its potential opportunities
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills and use of tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaboration across diverse teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Fluent in English and Thai
