ROLE SUMMARY
The SAP Manager will be responsible for overseeing SAP system operations across Logistics and Manufacturing modules (MM, WM, PP, PM, QM). This role requires a highly motivated individual who can bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensure system stability, and lead SAP initiatives from analysis through go-live.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and resolve production issues submitted via ticketing and service request systems, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Analyze current business processes and scenarios; provide recommendations aligned with business needs.
- Configure and maintain SAP modules to support evolving business requirements, ensuring system integrity and performance.
- Capture, organize, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Plan and execute Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including standard SAP functions and custom interfaces / WRICEF objects.
- Develop and deliver user training programs to educate stakeholders on SAP processes and transactions.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with global and local end users.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement projects end-to-end.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Solid functional knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA across the following modules:
- – Materials Management (MM)
- – Warehouse Management (WM)
- – Production Planning (PP)
- – Quality Management (QM)
- – Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional logistics execution or related modules.
- Demonstrated experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollout projects, from initiation to closure.
- Proficiency in system analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Soft Skills & Attributes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the manufacturing and/or chemicals industry is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with WRICEF development coordination and cross-functional SAP module integration.

Travel Requirements
Occasional international travel required (1–2 weeks per trip, 1–3 times per year)
