Key Responsibilities:

Leadership of Financial Operations: 

  • Lead and manage the team across Thailand.
  • Cross-border fund management: Oversee customer fund operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Process optimization: Drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in financial operations through process improvements and automation.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Act as the primary liaison with Antoms financial team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Risk and compliance oversight: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements across all operating countries.
  • Strategic contribution: Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on fund operations strategy, resource allocation, and regional expansion.
  • Talent development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial operations, treasury, or fund management.
  • Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role directly leading financial operations teams, preferably with regional oversight.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of fund operations, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to implement operational improvements and drive process efficiency.
  • Experience in fintech or payment services is highly desirable.
