Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Senior Content Creator & Video Editor to lead the development of engaging digital content across multiple platforms. This role combines content strategy, social media management, video production, and brand storytelling to enhance audience engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Create compelling short-form and long-form content aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video and photo content for campaigns, events, partnerships, and lifestyle storytelling.
  • Manage monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, and content production schedules.
  • Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion through creative content initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to support business goals and promotional activities.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep content relevant and competitive.
  • Track content performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies based on data and audience behavior.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across all content channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, video production, or digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in video shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent creative tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, digital marketing, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Excellent storytelling, creative thinking, and visual communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently.
  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, sports, or golf-related industries is highly preferred.
  • Good command of English; Chinese or Japanese language skills will be considered an advantage.
