Job Overview

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of pineapple plantation management, ensuring optimal productivity, crop quality, and compliance with agricultural best practices. This role requires strong expertise in plantation processes, team management, and sustainable farming techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of pineapple plantation operations from land preparation to harvesting
• Plan and control soil preparation activities, including soil pH adjustment and furrowing
• Oversee planting processes, including seedling preparation and planting techniques
• Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering conditions
• Implement effective weed control, fertilization, and pesticide application programs
• Control fruit development and ensure high-quality yield output
• Lead harvesting operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Supervise and manage plantation staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain compliance with agricultural regulations and environmental practices
• Analyze plantation performance and implement improvements to increase yield and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred)
• Age 45 years or above
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in pineapple plantation management
• Strong expertise in soil management, crop cultivation, and plantation operations
• Ability to work on-site in Ban Bueng, Chonburi
