Key Responsibilities
1. Merchandising Excellence & Standard Setting:
- Define and implement Execution Standards for beverage displays across all channels (Modern Trade & General Trade).
- Ensure strict adherence to Planograms and maximize Share of Shelf (SOS) to maintain brand dominance.
- Conduct regular market audits to ensure product visibility and accessibility meet premium brand benchmarks.
2. Strategic Leadership & Team Development:
- Standardize the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for PC Supervisors and Merchandisers to ensure nationwide consistency.
- Develop a Training Roadmap focused on advanced sales techniques, product knowledge, and professional grooming.
- Cultivate a "Growth Mindset" within the team, encouraging staff to propose creative in-store solutions to capture consumer interest.
3. Sales Drive & Innovation:
- Collaborate with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to execute high-impact In-store Activations and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor movements to develop proactive sales pitches and shelf-management tactics.
- Drive the team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through innovative engagement.
4. Systems & Performance Management:
- Implement and manage Digital Tracking Tools (e.g., SFA, Mobile CRM) to monitor field activities in real-time.
- Establish clear, data-driven KPIs including Sales Achievement, Shelf Compliance, Call Coverage, and Behavioral Competencies.
- Utilize data analytics to provide transparent performance appraisals and design effective Incentive Schemes that reward high performers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in PC/Merchandiser management, preferably within the Beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale field teams and multi-site operations.
- Tech-savvy with experience in using Mobile Applications or CRM systems for workforce management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate field data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
