psychometric assessments to improve recruitment,
employee development, and performance management.

  • 170 FTE in Europa, office in Stuttgart
  • Market leader in Nordics, rapidly expanding in Germany
  • Team of 3 AE's

The Role:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiations and closing.
  • You'll be targeting enterprise organisations with average deal sizes of 25k+ ARR.
  • Conduct product demos and consultative sales to translate client needs into solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and BDRs to build a strong pipeline.
  • Contribute to strategic sales plans and market analysis for growth opportunities.

You bring:

  • At least 2 years of closing experience in SaaS
  • A solid track record & a hunter mindset.
  • Fluent proficiency in Dutch.
  • Experience in HR tech is a plus.
