We are looking for an experienced Public Sector Buyer with deep expertise in EU tender procedures open, closed, and negotiation procedures to step into a Customer Success role at our fast-growing SaaS company.

This is your opportunity to move from running tenders to shaping how they are done. As our first procurement expert in the CS team, you will act as a trusted advisor to public sector buyers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform while also shaping the future of procurement technology.

Your Role:

• Serve as a Customer Success Manager and internal consultant for public sector buyers, helping them optimize their tender processes using our platform.
• Manage onboarding and implementation, ensuring clients seamlessly integrate the tool into their workflows.
• Act as the go-to procurement expert, advising clients on best practices for EU tender procedures and procurement strategy.
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders across public sector organizations, ensuring engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Identify trends, client feedback, and opportunities to enhance the platform and drive adoption.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in public sector procurement, with hands-on knowledge of EU tender procedures (open, closed, negotiation).
• Experience working as a buyer or procurement specialist within a government or public sector organization.
• Strong communicator in Dutch & English, capable of advising and guiding senior stakeholders.
• Passionate about improving procurement processes and excited to bridge the gap between procurement and technology.
• Comfortable managing and engaging multiple accounts in a high-touch CS role.
