Our client is a post-investment rocket, and is one of the Netherlands hottest Fintech companies to watch in 2024. As their first dedicated marketing hire, you'll have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory, whilst workinig closely with the company's founder, who successfully built and sold their previous business,

What you'll do:

• Own our website: You'll be the master of our Webflow-built website, responsible for creating new pages, optimizing copy, improving SEO, and driving conversions. You'll use tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the marketing mix: While the website is the initial priority, you'll also have the chance to explore and manage other marketing channels, including performance marketing and content creation, potentially leveraging external agencies as needed.
• Embrace AI and automation: We're big believers in the power of AI and automation. You'll be encouraged to experiment with these technologies to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
• Proven proficiency in Webflow and a strong understanding of website optimization principles.
• A passion for AI and automation tools, with a desire to explore their applications in marketing.
• A proactive, project-minded approach, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English.
