The Role

We looking for an sales leader to lead and grow a high-performing sales team (4 Sales Managers + 2 Customer Success Managers) across the Netherlands.

  • Building and executing account plans for large enterprises (2,500+ FTE, 5B+ revenue)
  • Drive up sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  • Secure new strategic clients, balancing growth of existing customers with net-new business
  • Managing and motivating a team to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious target
  • Forecasting accurately and ensuring strong pipeline discipline
  • Engaging directly with C-level stakeholders on complex, multi-million-euro deals

You have
  • 8+ years of enterprise IT, telecoms, or software sales experience, with a proven track record at C-level in large enterprises
  • Strong leadership background: able to motivate teams through change and growth

  • Experience selling complex, multi-solution deals (connectivity, cybersecurity, collaboration, or IT infrastructure)

  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English.

  • Hands-on leadership style: able to coach on individual cases and lead from the front
