Job Propose:

Responsible for processing supplier invoices, verifying supporting documents, recording accounts payable transactions, and supporting timely supplier payments. The role ensures accurate AP records, proper invoice matching, and compliance with company finance procedures within the CKD automotive manufacturing environment.


Job Description:

  1. Receive, review, and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documents.
  2. Perform three-way matching between PO, goods receipt, and supplier invoice before posting.
  3. Record accounts payable transactions accurately in the ERP system.
  4. Prepare supplier payment requests based on approved invoices and payment terms.
  5. Reconcile supplier statements with company accounts and investigate differences.
  6. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, debit notes, and credit notes.
  7. Follow up on pending invoices and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments.
  8. Support monthly closing activities and provide AP reports and outstanding balances.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, tax requirements, and internal control procedures.


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, or a related finance role.
  3. Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.
  4. Good knowledge of accounting principles, supplier accounts, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
  5. Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  6. Experience as an Oracle ERP user is preferred.
  7. Good understanding of purchase orders, receiving transactions, invoices, and payment cycles.
  8. Good English communication and reporting skills.
  9. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
