Key Responsibilities:

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment.
• Inspect electrical equipment and identify abnormal operating conditions.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical and control system breakdowns.
• Support maintenance of assembly lines, conveyors, motors, sensors, control panels, and industrial equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting PLC-controlled machines.
• Support maintenance activities for electrical panels, circuit breakers, contactors, relays, and motor control systems.
• Check sensors, switches, actuators, and other electrical components.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
• Record breakdowns, maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment status.
• Support root cause analysis for repeated electrical failures.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Production during equipment breakdowns and maintenance activities.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and work permits.
• Support identification and tracking of electrical spare parts.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Support maintenance activities for production utilities and electrical distribution systems.
• Maintain maintenance records through ERP or maintenance management systems.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Interest in industrial maintenance and automotive manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and industrial electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of motors, drives, contactors, relays, and control panels.
• Basic understanding of PLC systems and industrial automation.
• Basic knowledge of sensors and control devices.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a production environment and shifts when required.
