Key Responsibilities:

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment.
• Inspect mechanical equipment and identify abnormal conditions.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
• Support maintenance activities for conveyors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and assembly equipment.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance checklists.
• Record breakdowns, maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment status.
• Support root cause analysis for repeated mechanical failures.
• Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Production during equipment breakdowns and maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance work follows safety procedures and work permits.
• Support spare parts identification and consumption tracking.
• Follow OEM manuals, drawings, and maintenance instructions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and equipment reliability activities.
• Support 5S activities within maintenance and production areas.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in the ERP or maintenance system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong interest in industrial maintenance and automotive manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and engineering principles.
• Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Basic understanding of pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical drives.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Willingness to work in a production environment and shifts when required.
• Good English communication skills.
