Key Responsabilities:

• Lead and supervise workshop technicians to ensure maximum productivity
• Diagnose complex mechanical & electrical issues with precision
• Ensure correct spare parts identification & installation
• Control job quality before vehicle delivery
• Monitor daily performance, carry-over & efficiency KPIs
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Training & Warranty teams
• Maintain safety, discipline & operational standards inside the workshop

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in the same field
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
• Leadership mindset with the ability to manage technicians
• Organized, KPI-driven, and detail-oriented
