Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS modules to support manufacturing and business operations.
- Design and build custom reports, forms, workflows, interfaces, and extensions (RICEW).
- Support key Oracle EBS modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, Supplier, Order Management, and Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA).
- Perform PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Design and support interfaces between Oracle EBS and external systems (manufacturing systems, logistics providers, banking systems, and government portals where applicable).
- Support data migration, master data setup, and transactional data validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to understand business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional solutions.
- Support manufacturing-related processes including production reporting, material transactions, cost accounting, and inventory movements.
- Support Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with IT controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain technical documentation for developments and configurations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 development.
- Solid experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), and Workflow.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or automotive industry processes is highly preferred.
- Oracle EBS R12 architecture and data model.
- PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
- RICEW development.
- Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher.
- Integration techniques (APIs, Open Interfaces, Web Services).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of English is required.
