Job Purpose:
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified talent for automotive manufacturing operations and corporate functions. Manage recruitment pipelines, support manpower planning, and ensure positions are filled within agreed timelines and hiring standards.
Job Description:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request and sourcing to selection, offer, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment plans based on approved manpower budgets, organization structure, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, databases, referrals, universities, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews to assess candidates against job requirements and competency criteria.
- Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, management interviews, and candidate feedback with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, engineering, logistics, finance, and corporate positions.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, offers, negotiations, and pre-employment documentation.
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates on open positions, candidate status, and expected joining dates.
- Support employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, university partnerships, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering companies.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate positions.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and online job portals.
- Experience working with manpower plans, approved vacancies, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate technical and behavioural competencies.
- Good understanding of recruitment practices within manufacturing and automotive environments.
- Experience dealing with recruitment agencies, universities, hiring managers, and external candidates.
- Strong English communication and MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while meeting agreed recruitment timelines.
