Project Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of products and project milestones of varying size and complexity. This role plays a key part in the project lifecycle and will work closely with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and external partners. The position reports directly to senior operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary customer contact following the sales handoff.

Communicate with customers at all key project milestones to ensure clarity and alignment.

Coordinate closely with manufacturers and ensure accountability for project deliverables.

Support and resolve critical issues that arise during the installation phase in collaboration with the customer and sales team.

Coordinate subcontractor start-up activities and onsite service work.

Manage freight logisticsincluding costs, delivery timelines, and site requirements.

Oversee warranty files, including assessment, documentation, and negotiation.

Develop strong product knowledge across all solutions provided by the company.
Experience & Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Advanced computer proficiency.

Post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset.

Experience in logistics coordination required.

Knowledge of HVAC or related technical industries is an asset (but not mandatory).
