Project Coordinator

 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of products and project milestones of varying size and complexity. This role plays a key part in the project lifecycle and will work closely with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and external partners. The position reports directly to senior operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer contact following the sales handoff.

  • Communicate with customers at all key project milestones to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Coordinate closely with manufacturers and ensure accountability for project deliverables.

  • Support and resolve critical issues that arise during the installation phase in collaboration with the customer and sales team.

  • Coordinate subcontractor start-up activities and onsite service work.

  • Manage freight logisticsincluding costs, delivery timelines, and site requirements.

  • Oversee warranty files, including assessment, documentation, and negotiation.

  • Develop strong product knowledge across all solutions provided by the company.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced computer proficiency.

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset.

  • Experience in logistics coordination required.

  • Knowledge of HVAC or related technical industries is an asset (but not mandatory).
