Sprinkler Projects Division Manager
Lower Mainland, BC | Full-time | *$90,000-$125,000/year + project incentives*

Were recruiting on behalf of a respected fire and life safety company thats looking for a Sprinkler Projects Division Manager to lead their internal projects and help grow their division.

What Youll Be Responsible For:

Oversee all sprinkler system projects for internal clients and contractor partners

Manage service requests, quotations, deficiencies, and inspection spin-offs

Develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Act as the primary point of contact for project updates with both internal and external stakeholders

Support and coach field sprinkler fitters, providing mentorship and access to training/resources

Ensure documentation (invoicing, inventory, reporting) is accurate and timely

Work closely with the Project Coordinator to ensure seamless project execution

Uphold safety standards, team accountability, and company policies
Youll Excel In This Role If You Have:

Proven experience managing sprinkler projects (new construction, TIs, service, permitting, and design)

Knowledge of building code, AHJ requirements, and construction best practices

Strong ability to read/interrogate blueprints, specs, and material lists

Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

A collaborative leadership style with coaching and mentorship experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A valid BC drivers license, clean driving record, and clear criminal record

Certification or relevant trade experience in sprinkler systems is a major asset
