Fire Protection Technician
Lower Mainland, BC | Full-time | Competitive salary + benefits
Were working with a well-established company in the fire and life safety industry thats looking to grow their team with an experienced Fire Protection Technician. What Youll Be Doing:
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual fire inspections in accordance with BC Fire Code, CAN/ULC, NFPA, and CSA requirements

Troubleshoot and repair various life safety systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, etc.)

Complete accurate digital inspection and deficiency reports

Be part of a shared after-hours emergency on-call rotation

Maintain open communication with internal teams and customers about job status and project timelines

Stay current with product updates and code/regulatory changes

Provide professional, next-level customer service

Embrace and uphold workplace safety protocols and company values
Your Background:

ASTTBC RFPT or CFAA certification (or working towards it) is a major asset

Solid electrical, electronics, or mechanical troubleshooting skills

Strong understanding of fire and life safety systems

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

BC Drivers License with clean driving record
