About the Role

We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is 100% in-office and requires someone who is reliable, organized, and confident in a customer-facing position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in person and over the phone
  • Respond to inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members
  • Perform basic administrative tasks and support office operations
  • Maintain a tidy, professional reception area
  • Use MS Office applications to complete daily tasks

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office
  • Professional, presentable demeanor
  • Reception or administrative experience is an asset but not required
  • Ability to work SaturdayWednesday (Thursday and Friday off)
